He is awesome, knows about the city and neighborhoods. His knowledge about the infrastructure of the home is priceless for the client to make a sound decision. He is a great listener, learn what you are looking for and then he is on target; picking and showing houses you are looking for. I worked with him on 3 separate homes and I will do that again with no hesitation.
